Our latest project: Tipper Trailer with HARDOX tipping bodies
The Principle
The prefabricated steel parts are shipped CKD (completely knocked down) by container (approximately 7 kits fit into one 40' container).
The mould (needs to be ordered initially unless locally available, please consult our local sales team) used to ensure precise connection and thus welding of the parts. All parts are accurately cut and numbered.
The assembly and welding of a bucket takes approximately 2 days.
Material and thickness
- Standard thickness : 8 mm floor, 6 mm side
- Material: European Steel S355MC
- Optional: HARDOX for extreme mechanical and abrasive stress
